These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LegalYogi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using LegalYogi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
LegalYogi is owned and operated by NimbleServe Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at #306, A9, Habitech Panchtatva, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform.

2. NATURE OF PLATFORM SERVICES
LegalYogi is a technology-enabled facilitation platform that connects users with independent legal professionals (“Professionals”) such as advocates, lawyers, and consultants.
LegalYogi: – Is not a law firm – Does not provide legal advice or representation – Does not guarantee outcomes of consultations
All legal services are provided independently by Professionals. Any professional-client relationship is strictly between the user and the Professional.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH LEGALYOGI
Your use of LegalYogi does not create any advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with LegalYogi. Communications with LegalYogi or use of the Platform alone do not constitute legal advice.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to: – Provide accurate and lawful information – Use the Platform only for legitimate purposes – Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
You shall not: – Misuse the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes – Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others – Upload false, infringing, or prohibited content – Attempt to compromise Platform security
LegalYogi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. CONSULTATIONS & PAYMENTS
• Fees displayed are facilitation or professional charges as applicable
• Payments are processed via authorised payment gateways
• LegalYogi does not control or influence professional fees beyond facilitation
Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on the Platform.

6. CONTENT & USER SUBMISSIONS
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant LegalYogi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
Sensitive legal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. DISCLAIMERS
• Information on the Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis
• LegalYogi does not verify or endorse claims made by Professionals
• Users must independently evaluate Professionals before engagement

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalYogi shall not be liable for: – Acts or omissions of Professionals – Legal outcomes or advice provided – Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
LegalYogi’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the facilitation fee actually paid by the user for the relevant transaction.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
All personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the DPDP Act, 2023.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of LegalYogi or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
LegalYogi is not responsible for third-party websites or services accessed through the Platform.

12. TERMINATION
LegalYogi may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Users may discontinue use at any time.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing which, disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. Seat of arbitration: Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Courts at Noida shall have jurisdiction.

15. MODIFICATIONS
LegalYogi may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
