REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – LEGALYOGI

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, and reversals for services availed through the LegalYogi mobile application, website, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
LegalYogi is owned and operated by NimbleServe Solutions Private Limited, having its registered office at #306, A9, Habitech Panchtatva, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES
LegalYogi is a technology platform that facilitates connections between users (“Users”) and independent legal professionals (“Professionals”). LegalYogi itself does not provide legal advice or representation.
Payments made on the Platform may include: – Professional consultation fees – Platform facilitation fees -Professional Service Fee-Payment Gateway Charges

2. CANCELLATION BY USER
2.1 Before Consultation Begins
A User may cancel a consultation before it has commenced.
• If the consultation has not started, the professional consultation fee may be eligible for refund.
• Platform facilitation fees, if any, are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 After Consultation Begins
Once a consultation (call, chat, or video) has started: – No refund shall be applicable for the time already consumed. – Charges are calculated on an actual usage basis (e.g., per-minute or per-session).

3. CANCELLATION OR DELAY BY PROFESSIONAL
If a Professional: – Fails to initiate the consultation – Is unavailable within the scheduled or promised timeframe – Cancels the consultation without reasonable cause
Then: – The unused consultation fee shall be refunded or credited to the User’s wallet, at LegalYogi’s discretion.

4. PLATFORM-RELATED ISSUES
Refunds may be considered in case of: – Technical failure attributable solely to LegalYogi – Payment debited but consultation not delivered – System error preventing service initiation
Such refunds shall be limited to the affected transaction amount.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refunds shall be provided for: – Dissatisfaction with advice or outcome – Change of mind after consultation has commenced – Delays caused by third-party factors beyond LegalYogi’s control – Incomplete consultations due to user-side connectivity issues

6. FORCE MAJEURE
LegalYogi shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: – Natural disasters – Government actions – Network outages – Power failures – Acts of war, riots, or cyber incidents

7. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund: 1. Submit a request via in-app support or email 2. Provide transaction details and reason for request
Refund requests are reviewed by LegalYogi’s support team and management.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable

8. DISCRETION & FINALITY
All refund decisions are subject to verification and LegalYogi’s internal review.
LegalYogi reserves the right to: – Approve or reject refund requests – Issue refunds as wallet credits instead of cash refunds, where appropriate

9. POLICY CHANGES
LegalYogi may modify this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
